This year's survivor has started and they are on an island in Fiji. They paddle to the island and have to build their own shelter in the first episode, then one team has to relinquish the shelter that they have built if they lose the challenge. At the start there are two teams, a green team, moto, and an orange team ratu. At the first tribal Challenge Ravu loses and Jessica is voted out at tribal council. In the next episode, Ratu, the green team again lose at tribal challenge and have to vote out Erica at tribal council because she lost it at the challenge and started screaming at the others.

Ratu's losing streak is continuing in the third episode and by day eight they are back in tribal council and have to vote out Sylvia. Anthony was on the chopping block but narrowly missed getting voted out. For the challenge they have to eat all these revolting foods and most of Ravu do reasonably well especially Mookie who gets angry at Anthony for not trying very hard. Sylvia thinks she knows where the immunity idol is - under the apex of the cave where they are living.
